'Fieldrepo' is a leading Field-Force management SaaS product for Medical and Pharma Representatives. It improves efficiency, accountability and monitoring parameters which result in improved revenue realization for your firm. It is a part of the 'Fieldeagles'
FieldRepo has been ideated, engineered and built ground up by Pharma Industry Stalwarts, Domain experts and SaaS engineers.
App will work on Web and tablet(Hybrid). Tablet apps being the face and enticer to the various users. Web browser on laptops being the engine doing the crunching. February 2018, Fieldrepo launched.
User research focuses on understanding user behaviors, needs and motivations through Expert Review, Field Studies, User Personas, observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies.
As MR wants to delivering high levels of customer service and achieving successful sales results and to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry with ability to quick cultivate the relationship which are very difficult to access and influential decision makers. MR wants to track a schedule to keep appointments on time and information pertaining to those appointments in order.
With common scenario’s in place, we were able to define detailed personas, using their vast data pool. The personas looked something like this:
With the proper planning, we were able to confidently move into creating wireframes for the app. We took the decision to focus more on the functionality and structure of the app, opting for low-fidelity wireframes with very little detail. Ultimately, we could add design elements in later, what was important for our users, was that the product (above all) was clear and simple.
We tested our application with real user to use this application. To review how well it functions from a nonbiased and unfamiliar perspective. We recruit some real user like medical representative and senior manager from medical pharma domain and focused groups that are willing to explore different features and functionalities.
